Physics is all around us and involves everything from the sun and moon to rainbows and electricity. We will explore the everyday and the more unusual aspects of physics. The week will consist of asking questions, making observations, testing, recording, and testing again. There will be experimentation with gravity, light, and sound. You’ll never look at the world around you the same again.
Have you ever seen sound? We will make a Chladni Plate to visualize the vibrations of sound. Build a machine of interchangeable parts to experiment with energy transfer. Explore the flow of electrons and the properties of light.
