The Sun, a bright shining star, holds everything together in our solar system. The earth, moon, and planets live together circling this shining star, but what lies beyond the sun? The night sky is filled with billions of stars that make up their own solar systems, with their own planets. Aside from stars and planets, there are asteroids, comets, and satellites floating above us all the time. We will explore our solar system and stretch our imaginations far beyond our sun, into the outer reaches of space.

Campers will learn about those seemingly intangible objects of space by building models and various projects. From a constellation lamp to the essential sundial. These projects will expand minds, build dexterity, and embrace the wonders of the universe.
